This captive-bred male Harris' Hawk, Chase, was given to The Hawk Creek Wildlife Center in 2013. The Harris' Hawk hunts cooperatively in pairs. The Hawk Creek Wildlife Center has days they let photographers into the center to take photos of the birds and animals. I got to take part in this event one of the days and am very glad I did.
